Hi all After some testing with my setup on a normal desk I decided to build my own aluminum sim-pit. Here my creation in MAY-CAD: The frame is in 40x40mm nut8 and the central construction in 80x80mm for maximum stability. I plan to have my test-setup attached to the central construction and rebuild it "nice looking" when it has proven to be comfy and reliable. I created a basket at http://www.motedis.com/ and the whole aluminum construction with all connections would cost 410€ not to bad considering what those things cost pre-configured. Currently I am looking for a nice car seat (hoping to find a used Recaro) but they are difficult to find. Any suggestions from you guys as I will place my order soon?
