I have been reworking my simpit for Star Citizen. I have added a custom controller for the left hand that has a built in mini analog joystick for strafing as well as a full size one for basic AWSD function in the FPS movement. This coupled with the Thrustmaster Warhog stick and throttle, Saitek Combat Pro Rudder Pedals as well as two custom built button panels should give me plenty of control options. Oh and then there are two Thrustmaster MFD's used for Shield and Power management. Still a work in progress as I sort out the rest of the keybindings. I want to thank all those people that shared their knowledge of SC in these forums and on Youtube. It helped get SC up and running and answered many of my questions. What a great forum this is. https://c2.staticflickr.com/2/1650/24109332764_a021043c5b_c.jpg This is the new custom controller built from an old Ch products Pro Throttle handle with a custom mini joystick. The two analog axis are wired to my BU0836X 12-Bit Joystick Board and the buttons and main joystick are wired to one of my GP-Wiz40 MAX USB Compatible Input Interface cards. https://c2.staticflickr.com/2/1583/24441970720_eccf74e4d8.jpg I also added a custom Helios screen for my second monitor to be used with the two Thrustmaster MFD's "https://c2.staticflickr.com/2/1510/24619701612_6131122a83_c.jpg Newly added popup screen for HOTAS control help during game https://c2.staticflickr.com/2/1461/24799476025_fe76da04f1_c.jpg I use Helios for the screens on the second monitor. It is used for flight sims like Falcon BMS and DCS but I also use it to display items. Frames can be hidden/unhidden via a joystick or keyboard button. I like to make a help screen for the controllers so it is easy during the game when you can't remember all the functions for each button. I will also be using VoiceAttack as well.
