The idea is build in a way that is not necessary make any cut or role on table or in the structure. I'm using a very strong double side adhesive tape, so its not necessary to drill the table. I'm using the X65-f. The stick is fixed. So I use the base more close to the front part. But the base distance is totally adjustable. This way you can fix any joystick and push the stick all the way to front and still a lot of space in front of it. *the prototype was made during the Coursera course Design: The Creation of Artifacts in Society, taught by: Karl T. Ulrich, Vice Dean of Entrepreneurship and Innovation | The Wharton School http://i.imgur.com/yWhzluF.jpg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=od3f3vbf2XM FIRST PROTOTYPE - this base was to short/small. SECOND PROTOTYPE - bigger base and new adjustment of distance. In these images you can see the base adjustable to a more close position to the front part. But now is possible to adjust the base all back with a big space between the joystick and the front part. Pre-mounted arm. You can see the slider base (to be fixed under the desk) and the arm (without the stick base). Also you can check all the adjustments/movable parts. In total there are 6 different possible adjustments.
