I talked myself into the Icarus Avenger 270°.....well....immersion. So in taking this up a notch, I'll be going from my existing 16" x 82" @ 65° FOV (32" screens in triple-display) to 41" x 181" @ 270° FOV. The 180° would have likely been adequate for SC, but I fly a number of sims. After talking to some flight sim folks and customers, I decided to go all out. Pictured is the older, original model (they have updated the structure on both the 180 and 270 as well as offer a 180 Pro version in aluminum). I was offered a free upgrade to the new design, but with a bit of re-enforcement I was able to get mine stable enough so as no knock the projectors out of calibration every time I slammed my front door, etc. SimPit Technologies Model v1 Assembly with Minor Re-enforcments:
