I am working on game controller with a Teensy 4.1 microcontroller. For some reason when I boot star citizen with it plugged in the mouse constantly flickers and jumps to the center of the screen. I am very new to coding, but I haven't messed with any mouse functions. The controller I have plugged in has axis and buttons. I've noticed that some buttons on the controller seem to be mapped to certian functions already (e.g. certian buttons act like I am pressing left or right arrow/bumper becuase they shift through tabs in the settings menu). I've tried clearing the bindings, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. I also haven't been able to try this on other games yet but intend to. I've seen some other people complain of this issue, but never seen any updates on a solution. I've uploaded a clip here.
