I picked up a an MTsim pit for a steal beginning of this year and just now getting the time to start setting everything up. My biggest issue so far is seat (butt) comfort. For what MTsim charges for their seats, I expected much better memory foam and endurance comfort. It's quite disappointing it isn't much better than most low budget "gaming" chairs imho. My stock motorcycle seats seem to provide better comfort for longer than this seat does, if you ride, that says a lot. I'm considering taking the bottom of the seat to a custom auto upholstery shop to be repadded. What have the rest of you done to combat seat fatigue so you can sit down for some long play sessions?
