I melted two of my pledges for $197 so I can use it towards upgrading my MSR to a C2 or M2. I added the M2 to my cart and entered the amount of credit to see if I could pay the rest off with my card (it's being weird at the moment and sometimes gets rejected), but it didn't work, so I thought I'd just settle for the C2. I added the C2 to my cart, removed the M2, then tried entering in my store credit but received an error saying I have insufficient funds. I looked at my account and yep, my $197 USD is now $0 USD. How is it acceptable at all that CIG gives us a website that can eat up our real life money just like that for no reason? This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm mad that I just lost $197 because something happened at some point and a line of code f***ed my money out of my account. Please someone point me in the right direction I just need help. I'm a student and I don't want to lose the $197 that I saved up to spend on this game.
