Once patch 3.13 hit the LIVE server, my framerates have dropped to a constant 15fps, and this isn't simply in a city or otherwise populated area, but even in open space, and also....most alarmingly to me, also in a singleplayer instance of Arena Commander. I must emphatically state that this problem DID NOT exist on 3.13 on the PTU, or during 3.12 LIVE. I may have experienced certain periods of low fps, in a city or heavily populated area, but not a constant issue as this is. I've attempted: Reinstallation/ redownloading of entire game. Delete user folder, as well as simply delete shader cache folder inside user folder. Updated windows Updated graphics drivers Played around some with GPU settings to see if anything chancges (Nothing does) Reset my character. Submitted this to IC #STARC-3063, but since I seem to be the only person experiencing this I'm guessing that'll not go very far.
