[edit] right now nothing seems to work (Nov. 12th 2018 22:24 CET / 21:24 UTC) I got this from another european player and it works for me too: -Use a VPN to get a U.S. IP (FlyVPN works for me) -Start the RSI Launcher and Star Citizen -In the Main Menu Alt-Tab out of SC, disconnect the VPN and go back to SC -The Game will show an error message, saying that you got disconnected, klick OK -Go to the PU Menu and load Stanton, if the Button is missing go back to the main menu and then into the PU menu again If you guys have issues after disconnecting the VPN you can try this: (worked for me) -Stay connected to the VPN and go to the persistent universe / Stanton (manually set the region to EU, or whatever region you live in) -alt-tab out of star citizen and disconnect from the VPN -and now comes the waiting: an error message pops up, saying that you have 2 minutes before getting disconnected. Wait a few minutes until you end up in the main menu --in the main menu the message pops up offering you to reconnect to the last server with the key 'left bracket' -press the key --------- DNS Workaround (no VPN required) --------- If you dont want to install a VPN client you can simply force your DNS client to point to the US logon servers by putting an entry in your hosts file. I've checked the following IPs and they all point to amazon's cloud services: Open a text editor as an administrator Open the file "hosts" in the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts Add one (and only one) of the following lines without the quotation marks: "100.24.145.206 public.universe.robertsspaceindustries.com" "52.204.2.76 public.universe.robertsspaceindustries.com" "50.17.105.39 public.universe.robertsspaceindustries.com" "18.215.191.91 public.universe.robertsspaceindustries.com" Asia Auth (if you are closer to Asia): "13.237.27.15 public.universe.robertsspaceindustries.com" "52.62.175.64 public.universe.robertsspaceindustries.com" I have tried it just now from Germany, and it works beautifully with the first address: 100.24.145.206 public.universe.robertsspaceindustries.com if it doesn't work for you, pick another address and try again. And don't forget to delete the line from your hosts file after the 15006 Error is fixed by CIG
