I've been getting this 30009 error on launch for over a week, effectively locking me out of the game. This happens prior to reaching the Main Menu, so I don't have access to Arena Commander, etc. I have tried several work arounds. Character repair, DNS re-directing, using a VPN, a fresh SC install, deleting shader/user/random files and re-verifying, logging into the account from a different computer - but none have solved this problem. Support has said its in the hands of devs, and that there's nothing they can do. Given my troubleshooting, it certainly seems like this is SC server/account issue. Been a backer since 2014, and having encountered many bugs before, this is the first one that has effectively bricked my account. I posted a picture of console info being generated after sitting at the infinite loading screen after hitting "OK" on the 30009 error. No idea how to interpret it - but perhaps someone can glean something from it. Any thoughts from the community?
