Is it just me , the frame vary wildly? I updgraded my machine specifically for this game. I went from a 1070 with the amd chip and i was getting 40 fps then. Ive upgraded to a very good card and the frame rates are very underwhelming to the point that i cant tell the difference between my old 1070 card. Changing between low-very high seems to make little to no difference. Is anyone else experiencing the same things?
