hey guys, i been having many problems with the game, but i feel like i need to write. i been playing games for 40 years, and after the internet, i never really engaged in a forum to ask questions or provide my feedback, but this game is getting me very intrigued, and with all ny experience, i think its gonna be one of the best space game/simulator ever conceived. so i been trying every day for at least 4 months (i bought it 2 years ago). i have major problems when it comes to get a box on the ship in zero gravity. its basically impossible. and wheni manage to get inside, the whole screen starts to spin and i see myself out of the ship and the package going back to the original point. i never ever could kill a pirate with my aurora mr. i imagine you gotta be very skilled to do it. so i exchanged my aurora MR for an Avenger Titan and paid the difference. since yesterday was the first day, i decided just to fly around. i had a lot of problems opening the cargo door of the ship and i had to restart many times. now today when i claimed my ship, it said it in a placeholder, and the counting was nule. but i click to pay the fee and nothing happens. now i went to my account and my ship is not there anymore, just the last purchase that was the squadron 42. so what should i do at this point? thank you
