So, some AMD drivers are seeing Star Citizen as 'Adobe Lightroom' even through the exe it picks up is StarCitizen.exe Normally I believe the driver would disable AMD Anti Lag (or changes a setting, who knows) on Star Citizen but doesn't touch it when it thinks it's AMD. So find Adobe Lightroom - the one with the Star Citizen symbol - and disable AMD Anti Lag. Crash Fixed! CIG: You will want to get in touch with AMD
