Hi, hopefully this helps at least one player, as it was driving me mad and basically blocked any play session. For me, starting with 4.3.0, my ASOP would no longer load my ship list, or with a MASSIVE delay of 5mins. During that time, I was unable to interact with anything. Even if I eventually could access my ships, while I was in a team flying to an Onyx center, for me everyting was still at the point where we got out of Quantum, whereas both other two players reported that we had already landed. I couldn't even get up from my seat, while they went on doing the mission. I am using hybrid internet: DSL with ~100mbps and if I need more bandwidth, 5G kicks in to get me up to ~250mbps total. This has never been an issue, not that I can recall at least, up to 4.3.0. Since the advent of 4.3.0 I am basically unable to participate in LIVE, PTU and HOTFIX environments. Interestingly, it did NOT happen on the 4.2.1 TECH-PREVIEW. Yesterday, I recalled something, that another player on hybrid mentioned a while back, something about him turning on or off VPN to be able to do something. As I am able to connect to my work via VPN to work from home as an option, I tried turning it on and restart launcher and SC. Low and behold, I was instantly able to play again (with VPN on). I am not a network engineer specifically, tho I work in IT as an engineer, so I asked GPT. Quintessence: when I open up a VPN, my router will only use DSL for that and not both ways. A quick speedtest corroborated that claim (80mbps with VPN, 200mbps without). My educated guess is that when service calls are routed over both connections without VPN active, they can arrive in the wrong order or something and the services can't deal with that. But I don't work at CIG, so I will provide the evidence here, in the hopes it might unf*** some other players session, so they can play again as well. I'll also update my CSR ticket, to hopefully add it to their knowledge base of things to ask people, when they open a ticket. So, to start with, here is what happens when I am on hybrid on 4.3.1 PTU and yes, it is an almost 6min. video, because it took almost 6mins to get ASOP to work and to get me out of the desync phase. I am not editor, so this is the raw capture: TL;DR: you can watch me trying to open ASOP, then after 90secs getting kicked out from ASOP, while it keeps running, then trying to access item bank, then elevator, then freight elevator, the second ASOP, then returning to original ASOP to finally have all actions happen at once at 5:11. So, then I closed the client and launcher, did a speed test, fired up my work VPN, did another speed test. This is my connection speed before activation of VPN. This is my connection speed after activation of VPN, clearly reduced bandwidth, so likely only the DSL connection is being used, traffic is no longer split up between DSL and 5G. Now with VPN active, I logged back into PTU and it almost isn't work even posting the video, as clearly all you get to see is a regular ASOP interaction as you would expect. I just put it here as evidence that turning off hybrid mode made the game playable again. I hope this finds its way into the network team so they can hopefully look into making their services more resilient for use with hybrid internet connections, which I personally think will become more widespread in the future, rather than being a gap closer technology. I also have the game.logs saved for both "runs" in case, CIG is interested. Thanks and see you in the verse (now that I can play again!) Krovax
