So I recently changed phones to a new one and I was using Authy as a two factor authenticator to access my account. I wasnt a huge fan of Authy before but it never gave me problems so I just tolerated it. Now though, my backups password does not work, i keep getting a message that says I am using an incorrect password (which I am not). Overall, I have to say, Authy is a massive garbage pile of a company and their customer support is nearly nonexistant. I have already tried to go thru the account reset process, which did absolutely nothing. I gotta say I am pretty pissed off by this, I cant log into the launcher to update my game. Does anyone have any success with account recovery or password changes? In addition, I would pass this off as a MASSIVE word of warning to anyone looking to use Authy. DO NOT EVER SUPPORT OR USE AUTHY.
