I purchased a game package with a Mustang, upgraded to a Hornet, then upgraded to a Freelancer Max. Paid cash every time. I decided to help out a friend who is currently in a bad financial way, and donate my game package with the Max and just purchase another game package for myself. Problem is my original game package won't allow me to gift it. Upon notifying RSI of the problem to get it fixed I am told their records indicate I purchase all this on credit. I am not sure how you buy your original game package on credit but putting that aside, if ANYONE at RSI actually looked at my billing and subscription data posted in my account it clearly shows I paid for all of it with my bank account. I even uploaded my bank account info to them to verify it. Now that I have provided them with the actual data, I am on ignore, won't respond to my ticket. I have to say that's a pretty cheesy way to do business when your financial model is publicly funded. I don't like being lied to just to move me along the way. A simple problem that started with a possible mistake that could have been resolved very easily now escalates to knowingly ignoring the problem hoping I just buy more stuff to help my friend. After the money I have spent on this game, I don't appreciate the tactic and I can guarantee you it will govern my purchases in the future as well as others I imagine. If I am jumping the gun here I appoligse but you leave little to the imagination by ignoring my ticket.
