Hello chat helpdesk I am having an issue that does not seem to have an error code. I have repeated the process over 20 times now. I downloaded the game and when I go to launch the game the program makes it to the splash screen just before the PU. And then I get the red bar with three selections relaunch/verify/and close. SC has full Administrator privilege's and so does EAC . Everything is right in the directories including local app. What am I missing? I have downloaded and installed going on try number 21. The same result occurs when I download the PTU 3.18.1 as well
