This started after doing my 1st ever Character Reset. About 200hrs into the game. All options grayed out except Gender, which you can click, but doesn't do anything. Menu states "Contacting loadout service..." in bottom-right corner of screen (pic 1) After failing to do so, the Menu states "Error, Unable to contact services" (pic 2) Then I select "Leave" and can choose a server. Game provides me with some horrific potato of a man as my character. Always the same one. Resetting Launcher, deleting folders, re-verifying, and even doing 2 more character wipes over a day did nothing to solve the issue. This is also an issue that goes back years on Reddit, so I don't much expect a fix & am hoping the wipe magically clears it up... but I figured I'd post it on here in case I missed something.
