I haven't been able to login for 6 days due to this error. I tried every workaround I could find, but no luck. I submitted a ticket right away when this started happening. Today, they closed it and told me there's no fix. This is completely unacceptable. I am missing the entire event because of this! How is it a problem to forcefully disconnect my character from a shard? Surely there are technical tools to do so. CIG just doesn't care
