New player here. is it common for a character reset request to be accepted yet completly fail to reset anything at all? I've been hit by the ship claim bug. I have only one ship and not enough aUEC to get another. I'm therefore trapped and the game is unplayable. I've just submitted my 3rd character reset request. They were all accepted but absolutely nothing is changing. All inventory is intact and I'm spawning in the same location I'm currently trapped at. I'm getting no option to select spawn location like with a fresh start and my character looks exactly as he did before my reset request. Is there something I'm missing? Update: as of 15 august I'm now up to my 7th reset attempt and still nothing is resetting at all.
