Continuing from the last issue posted. The only option I can see that will fix this Ship Claim time resetting and Inventory not loading, is to try a character repair. I have tried mostly all recommended workarounds. From hitching rides to several different stations to renting a ship, all have failed for the past several days... I'm stumped and don't know what to try next.
