Hello everyone, I recently upgraded to an Elgato Facecam Pro, which I'm using in conjunction with the Elgato Camera Hub software. Previously, I was using an older Logitech camera that managed 15fps, and it worked more or less with the FOIP feature in Star Citizen, despite the very low quality. However, since switching to the Elgato camera, I'm encountering a peculiar issue. When I attempt to customize the settings in Star Citizen, the video stream (that usually shows the orange tracking dots isn't appearing), regardless of the video input source I select. This leads me to wonder: Is there known compatibility issues between the Elgato Facecam Pro and Star Citizen's FOIP feature? Or perhaps, is there a workaround or specific setting adjustment that might resolve this issue? Any insights or suggestions from fellow users who might have faced similar challenges would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! !!! Edit: Elgato's Facecam pro with SC's FOIP are working as intended but only in virtual mode (September 2024). Sometimes, it's necessary to open Elgato's camera hub (while in SC at the same time), change Zoom/POV and close its window again. Keeping camera hub in system tray is fine.
