Hi, I am New to the game and expierience constant low fps. I don't think this is normal and something must be wrong, but i have no idea. My PC spec: Ryzen 2700 16gb RAM DDR4 3200 c14 RTX 3080 Samsung 1tb 960 evo nvme LG cx9 (4k 120hz gsync) I with this System i get around 10fps at loreville and 25fps in space. The the strange thing is - the fps is the Same on 1080p low setting or 4k high setting. The CPU usage ist around 60% over all cores The gpu usage is about 40% RAM usage is about 90% I would ecpect that gpu or CPU (at least one of them) run at 100% Then u would ecpect to get around 30fps+ in loreville and 60fps+ in space. It also should variate when changing the Resolution or Details. What i've tried already tried: I bought 32gb RAM DD4 3600 c18 because of the high RAM usage. The RAM usage dropped to 60% The fps got an increase to 18fps on loreville and 30fps in space. Still much to low. I overclocked My CPU from 3,250mhz allcore to 4ghz allcore. This does Not effect the fps. So I don't have any idea why My PC doesn't Stress himself playing Star citizen but does Not give me adequate frames. Need help with this Problem Greetings
