I had this problem a week ago when i came back after a 2 months absence. I immediately crashed after hitting launch. After a failed complete reinstall, i found out that my VC++ Runtimes weren't up to date. Now i have the same problem again and the only thing i changed between last weekend and now is that i have new 4k monitor since yesterday.
