Hey everyone, I'm quite certain that either the game or the backend hates me... Ever since the 2nd day into 3.14.0, I've been locked out of PU without a chance to even create a character. (See Image below) Things/Stuff/Steps I've tried: 1) Going into PU without creating a character 2) Verifying my Game Client 3) Deleted User Folder 4) Redownload the whole Client By the end of the 3rd day, I was beside myself that this wasn't a Client Side issue... So I set out to contact support... and I got.. the general reply? I would recommend reporting your issue to the Issue Council. From what I've seen, in the past players have seen this issue resolve itself. I have seen some players report it fixing itself after a number of character resets, or even refreshing their DNS. So I went to IC and submitted (or rather contributed) to the Issue (linked below) [STARC-11959] https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-11959 and proceeded onto my quest to get back into the game. For the next 3 days, I performed an Account Reset (up to 3 times daily - Hoping that for once it might work), Ultimately giving up on Monday PTU went into the double alphabets series. Telling myself, 3.14.1 would make solve the issue (yea seems like a long shot now), I was elated that 3.14.1 landed today. Patched. Logged on... anddddddddddddddd. NOPE. I guess the server/backend hates me? A friend of mine, who suffered the same problem in 3.14.0 was able to get into PU/AC now after the 3.14.1 patch. Am I cursed? Guess I'll go try another Character Reset... (SIGH) [EDIT]: Nope, reset did nothing... [EDIT2]: Issue linked back to https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-9440 [EDIT3]: Testing with melting all game access packages followed by a character reset, then a buy back of game packages. Did not fix issue... [EDIT4]: Third week now... Still hoping for some sort of solution to this to come to light.. Support has indicated that I should stop trying to perform a Character Reset, as at this point it might cause more damage then good.
