I'm a new player and have been getting disconnected with a general 30000 error anywhere from 1-10 minutes after starting the game. I haven't been able to finish the tutorial yet because of these issues, and can't skip the tutorial and enter the PU proper. The furthest I've gotten is taking off in the loaner ship. I know 30000 doesn't say anything about the real issue, but I have a brand-new computer that's hardwired to my router, and speed tests show I am getting 300mbps down, 15mbps up and 100% packets received. How do I start figuring out what's going wrong? Every other help article I've seen on the issue just says "It's a you problem, figure it out" or implies the victim doesn't have good enough internet to play the game.
