So CIG decided to go LIVE with EAC today which essentially has killed the usage of devreorder. UGH. It's not like we weren't complaining when they were testing it in the PTU. In any case, you can use HIDGuardian instead. That works around the files that SC rejects from devreorder (dinput8.dll). Here are the simple steps that I used to switch over. Open /LIVE/Bin64 Rename dinput8.dll to dinput8.dll.devreorder, or just simply delete it. Open /LIVE Rename devreorder.ini to devreorder.ini.devreorder, or just simply delete it. Follow the instructions to install HIDGuardian at: https://ventorvar.com/posts/hidguardian-tutorial/ Initially I found that in Joystick Gremlin's Options/HIDGuardian tab that my TWCS Throttle and T.16000M were already checked. I thought it was okay but then I did the verification part and my devices still showed up. So I reopened Joystick Gremlin, unchecked them, restarted Joystick Gremlin, navigated back to that tab and now they were unchecked. Then I followed the instructions again and proceeded to check them, unplug my devices and plug them back in. Verification worked properly that time and now everything works normal in SC once again. Good luck all. See you in the verse.
