Hello everyone, Since the release of version 3.19.1 I have been unable to use my CIG account, indeed an error 30018 prevents me from connecting to the persistent universe. I reported my problem via issue concil and mail to CiG which to date has not solved my problem. I tried all the manipulations recommended by CIG and none worked. We are apparently a lot of impacted players and those from earlier versions (3.18,3.18.1,3.18.2). Perhaps CIG should take this mistake, which goes against the consumer, more seriously. And meanwhile RSI is launching a free fly period. If this problem is not quickly solved I will ask for a refund and advise anyone with error 30018 to do the same. Even if the game is in Alpha Early Access, I am aware of it, I believe that when you pay or contribute to a development, I have been walking from email to email for a month and a half and in addition the emails are copy paste, I received the same email 3 times and from different support people.
