Error 19000 reappeared after installing last update. I've read a ton of information about it and tried various suggested solutions. Because I thought the problem was on my side. But all these proposed solutions do not solve the problem, it appears and disappears regardless of whether I do anything on my part or not. This problem has been bothering me for about a year now, it appears periodically and disappears on its own after some time, regardless of my actions.
