After the update I could not launch the game. Verify than re-install, nothing worked. I run AMD rx6800. I read somewhere apparently this is a problem on AMD drivers-version 25.11.1. I went back to a previous version, this fixed it, the game runs. Hope I can save some time for some unfortunate citizens running AMD graphic cards.
