Been trying to get into the PTU since yesterday. Followed all the instructions to access it and was given error code 19000 after it said login started for about 5 minutes. Tried to ask on reddit and they said repair character and delete and recopy character. Neither of these suggestions have worked. Was able to get in once yesterday without changing anything and then promptly got 30k. now i can't login again
