Hey guys! It's been a while since I tried to login to the PU. Updated the launcher and the game files. Tried to go to the PU, selected a location and then the client crashed. I do not know what the original error was since I happened to step away from computer and a few minutes later I found out the client crashed. I tried multiple times to go to the PU but now the steps are different. During the first attempt I was able to select the PU spawn location, now the selector is missing, I only see the Visit Location button. And when I press this button, I am taken to the spawn location but before I can do anything the error pops up on the screen: "Logging out. Only ships owned by a player can be used as an initial spawn location." I am not given any option to either change the spawn location or change the ship. Also, if instead of the PU, I select Hangars, I see the Select menu, but there are no hangars to choose from. After seeing all this I was worried that my game package or a couple of ships I bought were erased from my account, but when I login to my account from the RSI website, everything looks good - it correctly shows everything I purchased or was awarded in the past. I looked around try to figure out how to open a support ticket, but seems like this forum is the only avenue to troubleshoot the issue. If I am missing something, please advise. In-game name: AdAstrum
