This issue is starting to drive me insane and i really dont know how to fix it. I've been dealing with this issue for about 3-4 months but it was once in a blue moon, it started getting really bad around 4.3 but now with 4.4 the game is officially unplayable. I cant make a single QT jump in the game without the game crashing to desktop. When i QT jump in game it will freeze my entire client and do 1 of 2 things. It will either crash me to desktop and my guy is still techically quantum travelling so when i reboot the game most of the time im at my destination or almost there (leaving enough wiggle room for another crash in that timeframe) or the other thing that will happen is my client will freeze and sometimes recover, if it does recover it will ALWAYS pull me out of quauntum travel forcing me to spool and jump again. This is really starting to get me down now ive done everything to try and fix this even reinstalling windows entirely. I dont know if its a networking thing, Star Citizen thing or hardware things. I have no idea how to diagnose stuff like this. Ive reinstalled the game 3 times, ive deleted my shader cache folder, ive deleted my user folder, i even bought more ram because i thought maybe that could have been the issue. Whats so weird is my overall performance in game is fine in most locations in the game im above 70fps in less demanding areas im as high as 100+fps. I can play all day and never crash if im on a planet, but the moment i QT long distance it crashes or freezes my client; recovers and spits me out only to repeat the process. EDIT: I also posted this to Reddit and somoen replied experiencing the exact same issues as me, but he said hes countering it by being in 3rd person during QT. I was doing this yesterday by pure chance and was noticing i didnt crash at all, no idea if someone can use that information in some way to get to the bottom of whats happening.
