I experienced a phenomenon where my Internet service dropped out almost completely this afternoon. Obviously I could not play online. Also could not stream to the TV... I confirmed the dropout by going to Speedtest.net. And that got me thinking. Can some of our framerate issues be related to local internet service? If you would like to help test, please follow this protocol: Make sure you are in an instance where the Admin behind the shipdeck on Olisar will talk to you AND there are items on the shelves in Casaba. Then if you have lousy framerate, once you lock or quit the session, please go to Speedtest.net and run the test to the closest choice that is available (for me it is Dayton Ohio). After the Internet service dropout I mentioned earlier appeared to be fixed I was able to see 40 Mbps download speed. After my last SC session locked, this is what I have:
