Hi everyone. I wanted to ask for some advice concerning a new monitor. I just bought myself a new PC because my old one gave up on me^^ And I am also planning on getting a new monitor cause my current one has 1 damaged pixel that is always bright red... and it drives me insane. As my new PC has an Nvidia card I thought about getting a G-Sync monitor for it. I really don't think that 4k is a necessary upgrade for me personally but then I stumbled across the Asus ROG Swift PG278QR and got interested in 2k monitors. I am just wondering how much more demanding it is because I am kind of afraid that my PC maybe cannot handle it especially in regards of Star Citizen. So here my question: Should I get the 27" 2k monitor and will my rig still run games at an acceptable quality?
