After recent update to version 4.3.1-live.10380617 game was unable to launch. It would hang-up at the launch screen (eventually crash with the Game Error Code 3221225477) and would not proceed to the splash screen. The fix for me was to delete the files in the C:Drive/User/AppData/Local/Star Citizen folder. I deleted all of the files in that folder relaunched the game from the launcher and it fixed my issue. Hope it helps someone.
