Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this. However, RSI support has not been able to help me so far (no feedback or feedback on the current status of the ticket for days). That's why I'm trying this way. I hope that someone may have had a similar problem and can help me with this. I have installed the game on my computer for the first time. I have not been able to start the game so far. Neither via the launcher nor by running the StarCitizen.exe. The initialisation happens, but nothing happens once the dialogue disappears. No game or other message opens. The game appears as a process in the task manager, but hardly uses any resources. In fact, sometimes something happens after 3 - 6 hours. Then the game starts, but I am immediately greeted with the following message and am forced to quit the game: ERROR - CIG services (CODE 19000) Account login timeout. Please try again. This was encountered durring the phase of initiation. I have already used all the usual methods. New installations, installations on different SSDs, installations in subfolders named after RSI or Star Citizen, Verify, reinstalling MS Framework 3.5 and 4.5.2, running programmes as Admin and resetting/uninstalling EAC via Powershell.
