When I bring up the launcher and hit "start game" button a black window pops up but is all black. My task manager says that Star Citizen loads up to 841 mb then locks up and my CPU usage goes to 100% and stays there. I've seen this problem before in earlier versions but the workaround (stopping and re-starting the Base filtering engine) no longer works as WIN10 will not let me stop or pause the process. Any ideas?
