I am having a recurrent CIG-SERVICE - 19003 error (account login failed - timeout) every time my game client is trying to connect using the login queue global_fastlane. I can connect and play without issues when my client connects thru any other queue servers, but EVERY time it stumbles upon global_fastlane i get stuck and can't log in. The issue is pseudo random, meaning that i can play fine for 2 weeks at a time, until i get to this particular server. Then i can try 5-10 times but i never get thru the error message. The game client times out and shows the 19003 error. If i wait a few days, the game connects and runs just fine when it uses any other login server. But if i find the broken one again, no joy. Can somebody please look into what's wrong with this particular queue server and my account? This bug is particularly breaking because it doesn't let me play for days at a time, until the queue server changes. Unless there is a way for the launcher to force a login thru a specified queue server, this bug is preventing me from playing.
