System Specs: CPU: i9-13900K GPU: Aorus Master RTX 4090 24G RAM: 4 x 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB C36 6000MHz DDR5 DRAM MB: ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Hero LGA1700 ATX SSD: Kingson 2TB NV2 M.2 NVMe SSD Installed On: D:/ Drive, secondary SSD I bought this new PC, and turned it on for the first time yesterday. Installed everything, updated the drivers (triple checked), and have everything benchmarking at Extreme. 92 degrees C for CPU and GPU under high load, liquid cooling for CPU, Air Conditioned room, cold metal case, etc. The game will not go above 20 FPS at the best of times, except during Quantum, and even then it is very stuttery still. I genuinely am not good with software usage to mess with hardware. I'm a gamer that likes a powerful PC but is admittedly not very educated on how to maximise its use or power. I just want to play the game smoothly :disappointed: I feel very frustrated because I love Star Citizen and I can't even reliably launch from CRU-L1 because the game stutters so badly I smash into a wall if I use my HOTAS (x56 Saitek Pro) and if I use Mouse and Keyboard, I can fly, but it is not at all satisfying and is still immensely stuttery. Help me, fellow 'versers! THE FIX: Disable E-Cores in UEFI / BIOS. Set Virtual Memory to 32768 for Min and Max!
