It is so sensitive that you look all over the place. I suspect I may have in part answered my own question because I did not think of it also being a mouse until I was posting this so I wonder if the mouse in the control settings means just the mouse itself, or can also be a little gimbal on a joystick? Edit for the fix: I highly recommend you watch just for the joy of it if for nothing else no matter what stick you have, it is educational and very exciting and entertaining. Also the binding in the custom bindings will be view/axis, not buttons. You will use the left/right axis = X axis and the up/down = Y axis. It is done first through the VKB DevCfg. First watch this video (the whole thing preferably) but the nitty gritty step by step instructions start at 3:25 in through to the finish. In the linked video I set it to start at 3:25. After you do this, you'll be able to use the hat switch as a hat switch or a mouse with left click ability. Then you can go into SC settings/control/mouse sensitivity/flight/freelook and adjust the setting. For me the sensitivity at the default of 1.0 in the SC settings had the view all over the place before doing this but now it is as smooth and controllable as can be. I love it. I cannot believe the deluxe version of this stick is just $140. It is an amazing stick My stick is the VKB EVO NXT Space deluxe or premium stick and I love it. It is the smoothest and best feeling stick I have ever tried, and the rudder twist is amazing.
