Since october of 2025, i have not been able to download or update the game. I dont think its entirely CIGs fault. But mostly and internet issue. Please allow me to explain. I can download any game on steam 1-500gbs it just takes a alot of time since my dl rate is about 600 kbs- to 800kbs. its being throttled, i have no control over this and no other options. but games on steam, xbox and various other platforms it eventually does download. Only star citizen, upon a 100% completion after waiting days for it download it says it has failed, and starts over again. this is why i say something is wrong with this platform specifically. Anyone know whats going on? dont start roasting me on the download speed throttles i have no control over. im just confused why its only this game i can no longer download through launcher, when hundreds of other devlopers products work.
