They gave me a spaceship. It is available in my account but I can't call it in the game itself. The gift was sent to me two days ago +/- day. I will be sincerely grateful if you help me to resolve this issue. I will provide all necessary contacts for further investigation. Even resetting the character on the site did not help me =(
