Ive had this error for 3 weeks now. Ive tried every suggested fix. Ive been told a character reset is my only option. So i tried to do a character reset at least 10 times now and every time i hit the submit button, it says "account locked", and then its as if I did nothing. It hasnt worked yet, so I tried putting in a ticket 4 days ago. Still no response on that ticket though. Please help
