I'm running an i7 5820k at 4.4, everything unparked. 64g of memory, an ssd, with a gtx 1080. No matter what resolution I play at, 1080p, 1440p or 4k, regardless of detail settings. I get between 30 and 35 fps, only in PU. At area 18 I get over 100 solid, same with multiplayer, runs like butter. No matter where I go though in PU its 30-35, even if there is nobody there. I have disabled vsync in game, I have disabled from NVidia control panel, I have tried gsync on and off, all forms of vsync and fast sync, all settings from NVidia control panel, changed between use in game settings or enhance in game settings. What am I missing? Thanks!
