I just bought the game and I couldn't play it!!!!! I was able to get into my hanger but no ship no tutorial, when I start crusader mode, after finish loading screen, it immediately stops and returns to desktop with the picture screen, no any error code I did verify the game files, updated my display card driver, Set RSI Launcher run as admin, checked folder rights, reinstall visual C++ 2015 2017, tried to install Media Feature Pack for Windows 10 but window didn't allow me to do so, i have set the port forward in router following the guide, set a large pagefile size, still happens.
