Hello there, I already made a ticket for this @RSI-Support and included all log-files and relevant game-files, but I hope that the community maybe can also help?!: So please assist with my game, it's crashing again and again. Sometimes after 10, mostly after 30 Minutes. I only get that feedback-window and the window from the RSI-launcher with options to verify my game-files and to restart the game. I tested so many things, also I set the graphic settings to different values (low / high to get the load to the GPU, deactivated Vsync and Motion Blur) Yesterday I received a Bluescreen: "System Service Exception" and the game crashed again?! I restarted the computer and had been able to play for 30 minutes, then the game crashed again without any failure message. (Again only the feedback window of the game which appeared) Other games are all running fine really, and in common my whole system is running fine. I still have a few programs like MS Office installed, nothing special. Also this is no coding-machine with a lot of frameworks or something installed on it. My System: + Ryzen 5 2600 on a ASRock B450 Steel Legend Mainboard / latest BIOS (no Beta-Bios) + MSI RTX 2070 Armor 8GB OC + 32GB RAM DDR4-2400 (4x8GB @2933Mhz, like advised in the manual of my Mainboard while using 4 pieces of RAM, no XMP-Profile activated) + SSD-Drive with rest-space of more than 20GB after installation of the game + Separate SSD-drive for windows / system My system is not overclocked! What I've tested, after all these tryouts there are no failures in the windows-event logs under 'Apps' and 'System': - NetFramework 3.5 and 4.5 / 4.7 are installed - AntiVirus fully removed from the system, I'm only using Windows Defender now - Started the game as Administrator - Fully reinstalled the game with a Ethernet-Cable connected to the Router, removed the game completely before, also deleted all LocalApp-Data (Full-Remove) - Lowered the MHz of my RAM to 2933Mhz - I updated my BIOS to the current version today successfully (no Beta!) - Deactivated Intel Virtualization in my BIOS - Closed all background apps during playing - Tried to disconnect different USB-devices from the computer which are not needed - Reinstalled the newest Nvidia-Drivers for my graphic-card through GeForce Experience - Reinstalled the newest Chipset Drivers directly from the AMD-website with AMD 'Adrenalin' - Tested my RAM with MemTest and through the windows console with command --> 'mdsched', all o.k. - I ran the CMD as Admin and tried: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth --> All o.k., no failures sfc /scannow --> All o.k., no failures - Deleted the 'shaders' folder from the installation folder of Star Citizen - Verified my game-files through the RSI Launcher - Checked the event-log of windows 10 for Software / App Crashes / other failures, all o.k. - Because I have 32GM RAM I DON'T have modified or created a pagefile! - Deactivated XBOX-Game Bar in the Setting of Windows 10 - Deactivated all recording options in the Game-Settings of Windows 10 - Deactivated / Reactivated the Game-Mode / Optimization in the Game-Settings of Windows 10 - Deactivated the Game-Overlay in GeForce Experience - Closed all Game-Launchers from Steam, Origin and XBox - Then removed Xbox fully from the system - Tried to connect to different Server-Locations in the game - Today I fully removed all Nvidia graphic drivers with DDU-Utility in Windows 10 Safe Mode, rebooted and installed slightly older Version 536.23 / fresh drivers without Installation of GeForce Experience - Deactivated Fullscreen-Mode Optimization of StarCitzen.exe Problem still existing, the game crashes after 20-30 minutes without any further message. But no BSODs anymore, the game "only" crashes. In the last lines of Star Citizen/Live/Game.log you can see something like this: ++++++++++++++++ <2023-09-30T19:04:37.423Z> Warning in EntitySpawnBatch NoNameBatch Data/objectcontainers/ships/misc/hull_c/base_int_back_main.soc Size:[310] State:[state: eBS_BatchCompletion] FromObjectContainer:[true] LocalBatch:[false] ContainsObjectContainers:[false] ContainsUnstreamables:[false] IsChildBatch:[true] <2023-09-30T19:04:37.816Z> [Notice] <SCItemVehicleLandingGearSystem::OnEngineStateChange()> Failed to detach vehicle due to control token not being granted [Team_VehicleFeatures][Docker] <2023-09-30T19:04:37.967Z> [Notice] <SCItemVehicleLandingGearSystem::OnEngineStateChange()> Failed to detach vehicle due to control token not being granted [Team_VehicleFeatures][Docker] <2023-09-30T19:04:38.274Z> [Notice] <RemoveEntityBatch> Zone host deleted before zone entity.
