I dont know if this is the place for that but... For some unknown reason, whenever I launch the game, it launches into an infinite black screen that is "working" and crashes after a full hour. This has been happening constantly since 29/8. I tried every possible fix, I even contacted the support and they replied with an email that included more than 20 possible fixes, none worked. The game has been working fine since 2018 (as fine as it can work). Issued a report on the issue council, apparently there might be others with the same problem out there. For the first 2 days it used to be a non-responding black screen.
