I'm in the sort of bind where my keyboard does not have a ~ (tilde) key on it, in its place I have a key called 半角／全角 which is on all Japanese keyboards. As you probably now understand is that I am unable to open the console, which I need to do in order to properly rebind keys for my hotas. Any help is appreciated. - Crytor
