As the title says Live version will not run, never even gets to the main menu, stays stuck on splash screen from Launcher and after a few minutes error code 16008. Had this same problem with an older computer during 3.14. Got new computer, was involved with evocati through all of the PTU phase of 3.15, downloaded the live version once available and has worked flawlessly until last Monday Nov 29th. Same exact problem as I had with my older computer returned, Live version gets stuck on splash screen and never gets to the main menu, not even to character creation. The crazy thing is the PTU works just fine, so as soon as the PTU phases are done I won't be able to play the game again until next PTU for 3.16. Contacted concierage support with last computer and was basically unable to resolve the issue. I'm just at a total loss here.
